Terms of use

1. Definitions

• Vlevel, "we" or "us": the provider of vlevel.ir and its services.
• User or "you": anyone who signs up or uses the services.
• Services: live data and market depth, the chart and its tools, the economic calendar and news analysis, the AI Lab, signals, and any other service on the site.
• Signal: an analytical suggestion with a symbol, direction, entry, stop and target, prepared using technical analysis, data and algorithms.
• Subscription: paid access to services for a set period.

2. Who may use the services

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
• The information you give at sign-up and verification must be accurate, complete and your own.
• You are responsible for following the laws where you live on trading financial markets, crypto and forex.

3. Your account

• Each account belongs to one person. Transferring, selling or sharing an account is not allowed.
• You're responsible for keeping your password and devices secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password right away and tell us.
• You're responsible for all activity on your account.

4. What the services are

Vlevel is a provider of software tools, data and analytical content. We are not an investment adviser, portfolio manager, broker or exchange, and:

• Signals, analysis, AI output and news impact estimates are not personal recommendations to buy or sell and do not take your finances, goals or risk tolerance into account.
• We don't take funds from users to invest or manage, and we have no access to your exchange or broker account.
• Whether to trade, how much, and how to manage the risk is your decision alone.
• We don't guarantee any profit, return or win rate. Past results and backtests don't guarantee future results.

5. Subscriptions and payment

• Prices and features are shown on the pricing page. Prices may change, but a change never affects a period you've already paid for.
• You can pay in USDT on TRC20 or BEP20, or by Iranian bank card through Zarinpal. For USDT, sending the exact amount on the right network is your responsibility; Vlevel isn't liable for funds sent to a wrong address or network.
• A subscription starts once the payment is confirmed. For signals, delivery starts after identity verification (section 6).
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; it won't renew, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If a payment fails or is cancelled after money was taken, it's returned through the payment gateway within 72 hours.

6. Identity verification for signals

Signals go only to people whose identity is confirmed and who have knowingly accepted their risks. So, after paying for a signals subscription, you need to complete online identity verification through verification systems connected to Iran's National Organization for Civil Registration before signals are delivered. It involves:

1. Entering your national ID number and a mobile number registered in your name, checked against the official records.
2. Recording a short selfie video for a liveness check and a face match against your photo on file with the civil registry.
3. In the same video, reading aloud the statement shown on the verification page. In substance: "I, [full name], national ID [number], declare that I have read and accept Vlevel's Terms of use and Risk disclosure; I understand that signals are analytical content, are not investment advice and guarantee no profit; and I accept all risks arising from receiving and using the signals and from trading in financial markets, including the possible loss of all my capital, and I make my own trading decisions on my own responsibility."

• No signals are sent until verification is complete and approved. The signals subscription period starts when verification is approved, not at payment, so a delay in verifying doesn't shorten it.
• If verification can't be completed for reasons outside your control (a system error, say), or you decide not to continue before receiving any signal, you can ask for a full refund under section 7.
• If the information or video belongs to someone else or is falsified, the subscription is cancelled without a refund and Vlevel may take legal action.
• The verification video and data are kept confidentially as proof of informed risk acceptance, as set out in the Privacy policy, and are shared with no third party except by order of a competent legal authority.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Under Iran's Electronic Commerce Law, consumers may withdraw from a purchase, except for services whose delivery began with their consent before the withdrawal period ended. Accordingly:

• Signals subscription: if you ask within 7 days of payment and no signal has been sent to you yet (that is, verification isn't done or approved), you get a full refund. Once the first signal is sent, the service has started and no refund is possible.
• Other subscriptions (data, chart, AI Lab): if you ask within 7 days of payment and haven't used the service substantially, you're refunded less the days already used.
• Refunds go back the way you paid: rial payments to the same card, USDT to the sending wallet less network fees.
• Send refund requests to the support email; they're reviewed and paid within 7 working days.
• No refund is due if these terms were broken (sharing an account or reposting signals, for example).

8. Acceptable use

The services are for your personal use only. You may not:

• Repost, sell or pass on Vlevel's signals, data or paid content, including in channels and groups.
• Scrape data automatically, use bots to access the services, or reverse-engineer the software.
• Try to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the site or get around subscription limits; besides suspension, this may be pursued under computer crime law.
• Use the services for anything illegal, for fraud, or to mislead others, including false claims about results.
• Abuse the AI Lab, including trying to generate illegal content or bulk use beyond your plan's limits.

9. Intellectual property

• The Vlevel name and logo, site design, software, texts, signals and analysis belong to Vlevel and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
• Indicators and strategies you build in the editor or the AI Lab are yours for personal use. You allow Vlevel to process and store them to provide the service.

10. Data, AI and availability

• Market data comes from exchanges and third-party providers and may be delayed, interrupted or wrong. Prices shown may differ from your broker's or exchange's.
• The economic calendar comes from public sources, and the "approximate direction" is a statistical, algorithmic estimate, not a prediction of the future.
• AI output can be wrong or incomplete; check it before relying on it.
• We work to keep the service stable but don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Signals may arrive late because of internet or messenger problems.

11. Limitation of liability

• Vlevel is not liable for lost profit or trading losses from using, or not using, signals, analysis, data or tools.
• Vlevel is not liable for losses caused by internet outages, problems at exchanges, brokers or messengers, or the actions of third parties.
• In any case, and as far as the law allows, Vlevel's total liability to a user is limited to what the user paid for subscriptions in the three months before the event.
• These limits don't cover intentional misconduct or fraud by Vlevel.

12. Suspension and termination

If these terms are broken, false information is given, or there's suspicious activity, Vlevel may suspend or close the account. You can stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Using the services after that means you accept them; if you don't, you can cancel your subscription.

14. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. If a dispute arises, first tell us at support@vlevel.ir and we'll try to resolve it by discussion within 15 days. If it isn't resolved, the competent courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran have jurisdiction.
